Loan Change Request
For a loan change request, please complete the below form for the academic year in which you are requesting. Note, loan change requests are subject to term, annual, and lifetime loan limits and total cost of attendance. Financial Aid Appeal Request
For a financial aid appeal request, please complete the below form for the academic year in which you are requesting. Please contact financial aid at 434-947-8128 or appeals@bjzhtst.com if you have any questions or if you are unsure if you meet the general eligibility requirements.
Please note, the Randolph College Appeal Committee cannot guarantee that the submission of an appeal will result in an increase in your financial aid and you are still responsible for all charges to Randolph College regardless of your financial aid appeal status.
Cost of Attendance Adjustment Request
For a cost of attendance adjustment (COA) request, please complete the below form for the academic year in which you are requesting. Please contact financial aid at 434-947-8128 or financialaid@bjzhtst.com if you have any questions or need assistance completing this form.
Please note, completing the cost of attendance adjustment request will not increase your existing grants or scholarships.
Timeline/Calendar
- October 1 – Complete the FAFSA for the upcoming academic year
- December – Apply for scholarships during Winter Break
- First Week of December – Business Office sends billing statement for Spring semester
- January 1 – Spring semester payment due
- May – The Office of Financial Aid begins packaging financial aid awards for returning students who have submitted (or waived via email) the FAFSA
- May to August – Apply for the PLITT loan or other private loan as needed. Contact the office of financial aid for assistance if needed.
- June – Accept your financial aid offer, secure additional funding (if applicable)
- July -Waive Student Health Insurance
- First Week of July – Business Office sends billing statement for Fall semester
- July and August – Apply for parent loans if needed, make arrangements for making payment for fall semester before move in
- August 1 – Fall semester payment due
